    Hello,

    1) Did you check your junk mail?

    2) Did you set up SMTP on your website to increase email deliverability? For the plugin I recommend this SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/

    It also has a log which helps you see what emails were sent.

    To use the plugin you turn the switch to the “On” position which is when it turns *green* then you select whether to schedule or send immediately, then you click “Update” on the product and the plugin will do the magic. You can see what emails were sent by then checking Postman SMTP’s log or in the Pro version it shows the number of emails sent after the page refreshes.

    Be sure to setup the plugin in Settings->Product Update Emails.

    Hi – really sorry. I didn’t see your response to my email.

    I have installed a different plugin to see the log of all emails sent, called WP Mail Log.

    But now I have a different problem where the number of “Buyers with download access” is showing as 0:

    The product has lots of sales, and many of the buyers have created accounts on the website.

    Do you know why the count of buyers is showing 0 and how I get around this to sent my customers the updated product?

    Hello, unfortunately the plugin doesn’t support multisite.
