plugin not sending customer email to paypal (1 post)

    I was testing my website and everything works good except when making a return to the client.. when we made the return from paypal, it returns the money to the client but it doesnt send them and email with the notification, and the email field states that there is no email on file... so we spoke to Paypal and they said that happens when the plugin is not sending the email from the website to paypal..

    Also, when changing the order from completed to refunded, the client is not getting the email with the change..

    can anyone please please help???
