Plugin Not Responding Well on Mobile Formates

With your plugin it worked fine with adding a top bar, but we wanted to have the signup bar at the bottom. When we did that it wasn’t appearing. I have a feeling the template we’re using pushed it down. I made some tweaks to the CSS and it shows up on desktop now fine. However responding to different platforms it’s a bit wonky. Specifically on mobile.
