Plugin Not Recieved

We wanted to use this plugin for advanced product tag search within our site. We purchased this plugin we got a confirmation email but we have not received the actual plugin. The email address associated with the purchase order is [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]
