# Plugin Not Reading My Lists

 * Hi,
 * The Mailchimp form WordPress plugin is not reading my lists. It keeps saying 
   I don’t have lists setup when I do. I’ve tried everything from uploading new 
   lists to creating new forms, to trying new APIs and even uninstalling the plugin.
   How can I fix this so my lists are being read? Thank you.

 * Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the plugin
   finding those lists in your account.
 * In order to look into things a bit closer here would you please reply back with
   the following information:
    1. May I have a link to one of your list’s hosted signup form?
    2. Is this a brand new install or was the plugin previously working in your setup?
    3. Will you please walk me through your workflow of (re)installing the plugin and
       changing settings until the no lists setup message is being seen? Links to screenshots
       would also be really helpful, as long as all sensitive information (API key,
       etc) is obscured.
