# plugin not observing exclusion rules

 * We have the setting “Don’t show icons on single post pages of custom post types”
   selected and configured but the plugin is not observing the exclusion.
 * Any ideas?

 * This seems to pertain to the premium plugin. For premium plugin, please raise
   a support ticket (at the top of the plugin’s settings page) instead. Premium 
   plugin is not supported here in these forums.
