Plugin Not loading

i am using kk star ratting on many of my websites no issue so far, but i have recently added this plugin on my this website
https://nutri-science.fr/meilleur-bruleur-graisse/ problem is that sometimes plugin works and some times its failed to load and when i click on star number is added at end of the url , for example if i click on numeber 4 star url will become

can some one guide me what is the issue
