# Plugin not getting text

 * The plugin is installed and it appears on the HTML of the website.
    The messages
   are set in the administration menu: [http://prntscr.com/qifrhi](http://prntscr.com/qifrhi)
 * However the messages do not appear. I tried to manually echo a test message and
   here is the result: [http://prntscr.com/qifx5j](http://prntscr.com/qifx5j)
 * I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin with no change. Cache is cleaned
   between tests. I do not know when this happened. Also tried to uninstall any 
   plugins that could interfere with Woo-free-shipping-bar but this also failed 
   to fix the problem.
