    I had made a purchase of your plugin and had sent an email on 14 Sept 2019 and the support request was issued from your end 7117. However, haven’t received feedback to solve my queries. I had replied back yesterday on your email but no response for 24 hours.

    I would request to issue a refund as I am not interested in continuing with your plugin as in 2 days it has given too many troubles and get back site running had become difficult after the installation.

    Hoping to receive a faster response.

    @rokasjan For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
