Title: Plugin not counting any more Last modified: August 31, 2016 --- # Plugin not counting any more * [awpt](https://wordpress.org/support/users/awpt/) * (@awpt) * [10 years, 3 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-not-counting-any-more-1/) * Hi, Im using your plguin in my site since 2 years ago but something went wrong 3 days ago. * I have updates orange notify counter on dashboard, I updated some plugins and I dont remember if I updated also this plugin.After than I saw my site offline but this happend becuase Host operator was migrating our Shared Hosting server than everything is ok site came back after some minutes. * When I went to the Visitor Maps – Who’s Been Online Page I got a screen like [this](http://s17.postimg.org/8mx0xaezy/image.jpg) * I had my ip address as italian ip but now its showing the server ip as my ip, also its not counting other visitors wich are online.
