 * I’m just wondering, is this plugin not compatible with Optimize Press 2 theme?
   I have tried several plugins but majority of them didn’t work. Among the plugins
   that I used, I found this plugin better than the others.
 * At first, the plugin was working pretty well. But all of a sudden the popup just
   doesn’t show up anymore.
 * The first time I did was show the 2 templates for all pages and it worked fine.
 * So I used the Tried-and-True template for the Homepage alone with 5 seconds time-
   delay, then the rest of the pages I used the Express yourself template as Embedded
   signup at the bottom of each page/post. But the popup is no longer showing up
   in the homepage and the Embedded signup is just appearing in the Blog Page and
   Blog Posts. Then later on the Embedded signup is no longer appearing in the Blog
   Page and Blog Posts anymore.
 * I’ve already deactivated, uninstalled and re-installed the plugin to clear the
   cache but nothing happens. I get the same problem with the popup and embedded
   signup not showing up.
 * Please help.

 * Hi Chi,
 * The plugin has been working well for most themes. We have not seen any issues
   with Optimize Press 2 theme.
 * Could you please give us the URL for a page where the popup has been setup? We
   can take a look and offer possible solutions.
 * Best,
 * Robin

 * Hi Robin,
 * Thank you for your fast reply. The url is [http://thehappinesshustler.com/home/](http://thehappinesshustler.com/home/).
   I tried the time-delayed popup and exit intent simultaneously and the embedded
   signup for the rest of the pages. It was showing up at first but now, not anymore.
 * Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
 * Regards,
    Chi

 * Hi Chi,
 * I took a look at your site:
    1. Popup 1 does not seem to be enabled for any of
   the pages. I tried the Home page, About Page, a post, but it is enabled for none
   of them. Could you please make sure it is enabled? [http://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/#configure-display-page](http://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/#configure-display-page)
 * 2. For Popup 2, it seems like you have ‘None’ selected as the embedded location.
   Once you change that, you should see the sign up form appearing.

 * Hi Robin,
 * I checked the configuration and it’s all enabled.
 * For Popup 1, it’s enabled to show on Time Delayed popup after “0” seconds for
   the Home page.
 * And for Popup 2, it’s enabled to show up at the bottom of the page on Embedded
   signup option for “About”, “Blog”, “Contact”, “Courses”, and “Work With Me” pages
   as well as for the 2 Blog Posts.
 * They both are set to -1 days to test the option but they both are not showing
   up. 🙁
 * Please tell me what next step I should do.
 * Thanks in advance.
 * Regards,
    Chi

 * Hi Chi,
 * It seems like you have set the home page as the Thank You page for Popup 1, so
   the popup will not show on the Thank You page. Please de-select the home page
   from the Thank You page selection and clear your cookies, and that will probably
   fix it. To set up the Thank You page, please take a look at the tutorial
    [http://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/thank-you-page-setup/](http://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/thank-you-page-setup/)
 * For popup 2, I am not sure why the embedded plugin is not showing up. It could
   be an issue with your theme, and you should contact your developer about it.

 * Hi Robin,
 * Thank you for this solution. It worked! 🙂
 * I just have another question. I setup the Popup 2 for all the pages except for
   the Home page. So I was expecting that the embedded signup should also be placed
   at the bottom of the Blog page –>> [http://thehappinesshustler.com/blog/](http://thehappinesshustler.com/blog/).
 * I can see the embedded signup in the posts page but not in that particular link.
   What should I do to let it show up at the bottom of the Blog page?
 * Thanks,
    Chi

 * Hi Chi,
 * Glad it is working now!
 * For the embedded sign up on the blog page, it really depends on how the page
   is set up. If it is configured as a page, then you should see it in the Display
   Settings selections. Based on what I can see, that page is not selected to show
   the embedded popup, so it is either not selected, or it is excluded specifically.
 * Also, it could be issue with the template used by that page. I would ask your
   developer and see how they configure the blog page.

 * It’s working properly now. Thanks so much Robin! 🙂
 * I just have a question. Is it possible to put the embedded form below the header?
   Is there a way that we can do that there?
 * Thanks,
    Chi
