Support » Plugin: Restricted Site Access » Plugin not allowing approved IP’s

  • The plugin just recently stopped working. It seemed to be working fine before about mid last week. It started directing everyone to the login page – even approved IP addresses.

    I’ve upgraded to version 7.2 and the problem is not resolved. Is there anything else we can do?

    @skwintz there was a major WordPress release (v5.3) on November 12, 2019 and a Restricted Site Access release (v7.2.0) on November 27, 2019 so it’s possible that one (or both? or neither?) of those contributed to your issue. Can you share your configuration (limiting any whitelisted IPs for privacy sake) so we can help better troubleshoot for you?
