    Last week, my site was working fine. Now all of a sudden, it is not working even though no changes were made to the site.

    I had to update all the plugins, database since this error showed up to make sure that it wasn’t outdated plugins, database that was causing this error. Since the site has been updated. The error still shows up.

    After filling out all the required field on the check out page, when I click to confirm and place the order, it is still showing the error that the phone number field is missing. But the info has been entered correctly. Can anyone help with this?

    @themelocation I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    THIS IS MY SITE. I am requesting for help because the plugin is not working as it should. Last week it was working fine, accepting all the data inputing in the fields properly. Now, it is not working properly.

    Your answer doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. “Please never ask for credentials.” What credentials? My customer’s phone number is required for shipping procedures. I have no idea what on earth you are talking about! What credentials are you referring to?

    Please clarify! I’m beyond annoyed with your answer, not only it is not helpful, IT IS CONFUSING AS HELL! What ARE YOUR TALKING ABOUT?

    I need the plugin to collect the data that I need for shipping procedures, address and phone number. The plugin is not collecting the phone number data.

    Can someone who knows what they are doing provide some answer to this?!
