# Plugin not accepting API Credentials

 * For some reason this morning the plugin has stopped accepting my API key. I even
   created a new api key and it’s still telling me that it’s invalid.

 * I found the cause of this. It was a firewall rule blocking outbound traffic over
   port 443. this port is what https traffic is sent over and the api calls are 
   made with that protocol.
