plugin no longer working

    hi there,
    i searched through your reviews/support posts and i noticed this issue happened 3 months ago with the first placeholder flag being grey. i just recently installed this plugin and it’s not working. how can i fix this? i noticed if i select a different country in the drop down, only then does it work. so is is possible to put in a default country?

    Yeah, I’m having the same problem.

    It also seems to sometimes include the country code in the email that’s sent and sometimes it doesn’t.
