# Plugin No Longer Working

 * The plugin worked fine about 3 weeks ago, and I noticed now it is unresponsive.
   It doesn’t return any rates, and also doesn’t display the output when debug mode
   is checked. I even have a fallback shipping amount set, but that doesn’t display
   either.
 * Any suggestions?

 * Yes, the plugin is WP Private Content Pro. I contacted them already. But it was
   affecting ALL shipping options – not just your plugin.
