• The plugin worked beautifully for a while but after their latest update it no longer synchronises properly with woocomerce. Once orders are paid and labels created, it does not communicate with woocomerce and does not mark orders as complete on the website.
    I have contacted support multiple times, and I always get the same generic answer, such as reset API keys, install and uninstall the plugin, which I have done it many times and yet problem still persists.
    Very disappointed at the support level received and looking at canceling my shipstation account all together for 4 stores, as soon as I find an alternative solution.
    In the end is causing me more headaches, than providing a solution.

    I want to make sure we get this looked at properly. I tried searching for support requests from the yahoo email address associated with your woocommerce.com account, but I wasn’t able to locate any previous tickets on our end. Perhaps you’ve contacted us through a different email address?

    The issue you’re describing – orders not being marked as complete in WooCommerce after labels are created in ShipStation – is something we’re investigating.

    Currently, our developers were able to replicate this only when the order is fully refunded. Meaning the “Paid” value and “Refunded” value is the same, and there’s a pull request in review for deployment in the future plugin update.
