# Plugin – NextGen new release

 * I’ve installed the new release of NextGen Gallery. When trying to add a new album,
   I get the message “unable to create album” because of permission. Using an FTP,
   I changed the folder permissions but it still isn’t creating; now it says it 
   can’t create the thumbs. I’m obviously overlooking something….. any suggestions?
