[Plugin: Nextgen Gallery]Plugin doesn't work properly.. HELP..

Hello,

I am new here, I try to make my blog based on WordPress, everything wad ok until my gallery page. Does anybody know what is the reason that pictures are not displayed properly (Nextgen) on my page?

I will be grateful for any advice, I am begginer…..
