[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] want to get rid of next and back bars/arrows

I have a nextgen gallery on a page with multiple pages for that gallery.
When I click “2” for the second page I get a huge bar across the screen with a arrow in it for going back to previous page. Its near the top of the page and covers the whole page. I want to remove it all together.

Not sure how to do that. little arrows besides the page numbers would be fine but this is really bad.
