[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Upgrade dumped slidshows – now “loading” icons

I upgraded to Version 1.4.3 this morning and all of the shortcode slideshows on the site are gone. The photos are still in the database, but they never resolve on the live end of the site.

The home page uses PHP, and it’s not working, either:

?>

This was all working with 1.4.1 and nothing on the site changed – just the upgrade.
