    I was having trouble generating thumbnails and started the new upgrade
   an got this error…
 * Please update the database of NextGEN Gallery. Click here to proceed.
 * then get this permissions error
 * You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
 * do i need to change permissions on my database?
