# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumbnails Are Not Generating

 * Hi, I’m a newcomer to WordPress so I don’t know a lot at the moment.
 * Your plugin looks fantastic and I would love to use it, but for some reason it
   will not generate the thumbnails for the photos I am uploading. I’ve tried it
   multiple times with different size images and the outcome is always the same.
 * The images seem to load fine and then the thumbnails try to generate, but the
   window seems to hang up and I need to manually close it. When I go to the Gallery
   view and I click Edit Thumb, there are no thumbs to edit. I get division by zero
   errors…
 * Any ideas why the thumbnails will not load?

 * I have the exact same problem. I uploaded 6 albums before and now I am trying
   to upload a new one with new pictures but it is not working. The image sizes 
   are the same as before and it seems that there is still a lot of room for my 
   hosting.
 * Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
