# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumb Nail Problems

 * I have tried to set up a gallery but cant get the thumb nails to work – they 
   just show a cut out of the original image. Have tried for a couple of hours but
   am totally lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly new to WP
   so please bear with me.

 * Do you have **Set fix dimension** checked or unchecked? You would have to rebuild
   thumbnails if you change
