 * I have an image randomizer launching the carousel. Right now it starts from the
   same first image in the gallery.
 * Any way to have the carousel start from an image pid passed via $_GET (likely
   via a CSS attribute) or is there another setting for the carousel shortcode that
   accepts a pid?
