[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow plays on single posts but not on page

I’m stumped. I have a page template that displays the most recent post in a category, with a sidebar that shows the titles of all the other posts in that category.

Each of these category posts uses a slideshow. The slideshows display fine when you’re looking at a single post, but the slideshow on the main page won’t appear. (See http://mdatestsite.com/home-page/farming/meet-local-farmers)

Anyone have any idea why? I had this working fine on a staging server, but when I moved the site to it’s soon-to-be-live environment, the problem appeared.

Any help would be great; I’m tearing my hair out over this one!
