# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow not loading

 * I am using NextGEN Gallery version 1.4.3.
 * I made a post and used the button in the content editor to insert a gallery in
   the post as a slideshow. The slideshow area appears, but doesn’t get past the
   spinning loader.
 * Can someone please tell me how to solve this?
