[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Show all galleries on one site / linking to posts

Hello,

I have to questions to Next Gen Gallery. We are using this Plugin and have multiple galleries online. And now we search a solution, to make one site, where all the pictures of all galleries which are uploaded will be shown – has anyone a solution for that?
I tried to do this with albums – but that is not the solution, I wanted to have.

And the second thing we want to do is: Every picture which should be shown there, should link to the original post, it was added to before.

I hope anyone can help us with that.
