[Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Set a different size thumbnail for gallery image

How do I change the thumbnail on the pages that list the galleries so that they are larger than the thumbnails in the gallery. I’ve edited the nggallery style sheet to get the size of thumbnail I want but the image is just stretched.
