[Plugin: NextGen Gallery SEO titles] Deleted NextGen, now this plugin won't deactivate.

I decided to remove NextGen gallery from my wordpress, so I used NGG’s uninstall button before I deactivated it and deleted it. Now I need to remove this plugin, but I can’t get it to deactivate.
