# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] remove sidebar use single.php

 * Hi everybody!
    I am searching the web for almost 3 days now, and can’t believe
   that I am the only one having the following problem:
 * I don’t want to have a sidebar on my nextgen-galleries. I can’t figure out how
   to make wordpress use the single.php, since it uses the “widecolumn” and no sidebar,
   whenever I display a gallery, maybe the album-extend.php as well.
 * Any help is greatly appreciated.

 * I got an answer which is so simple:
 * copy single.php and add to the top:
 * <?php
    /* Template Name: [Name] */ ?>
 * save it with a new filename, and then just use it for the desired pages.
 * Aparently my question was so easy that nobody felt it neccessary to tell me.
