[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Prettyphoto interfere and YouTube shadowbox

I tried to install prettyphoto so I could use the lightbox with YouTube links, but the plug appears to interfere with the functionality of this plug.

Any tips on how to do this directly though NextGEN Gallery? Ideally through a shortcode.
