[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] nextgen smooth gallery carousel in safari

fabulous plug-in but i am having an issue the carousel behavior in safari 3.1.1 (macintosh). clicking on the pictures tab or the thumbnail images causes the carousel to fade slightly and drop down rather than to disappear but for the pictures tab. only an issue in safari (same odd behavior using other themes on other hosting providers, without tweaking css or php, also noted that i’ve seen other uses of the plug-in where behavior in safari is as expected). any help would be very much appreciated! site at issue: http://www.archibaldglass.com
