[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery problems
-
Recently upgraded to WP 3.01. Since then I haven’t been able to get the nextgen gallery to work again. By default it was set up with gallery directories under the old WP structure – wp-content/gallery/ With the upgrade though, now all images and directories are under wp-content/blog.dir/1/files/. I completely uninstalled nextgen gallery and reinstalled and tried recreating the galleries, but it can’t seem to find the files when I click on a thumb. I’m using the shutter effect, and when I click an image I just get the shadow overlay and a loading, with no image. Also, in the WP backend, if I go into the manage gallery area, no thumbs are displayed and if I try to view the images it just does the loading thing. I tried recreating the old structure – wp-content/gallery/ – and by doing so I can get the nextgen gallery to function on the front end, but I can’t add new images in the WP-backend. I can FTP new images into that gallery directory, then scan the directory for new images, but that’s kind of a PIA. Any thoughts?
