# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] multiple problems with nextGEN Gallery

 * Hi, I just posted this on the forum (I am hoping the author can help):
    _I searched
   on the forum and couldn’t find anything quite like this. First of all, I have
   had a problem with the images not showing up in sequence. They are in sequence
   in terms of ID# and sort order, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. After
   I reinstalled the slideshow it was only showing up in Safari. I found in another
   forum post that said [slideshow custom=1 id=1] works better for some reason than[
   slideshow id=1] so I tried that and now it’s showing up in Firefox and Safari
   but not Opera and it’s still out of sequence. Here’s the url: [http://bobsweldart.com/bio/process/](http://bobsweldart.com/bio/process/).
   Sometimes it’s in the right order and sometimes it’s not and there is only a 
   problem with the first 4. Also I am using the latest version of both WP and NGG.
   Any ideas? I’m thinking about switching to another plugin that hopefully won’t
   give me so many problems. _
 * I’m very frustrated because it hasn’t worked properly since the day I installed
   it. I also replied to a post a few days ago about the sequencing issue but didn’t
   get any response (my client is waiting patiently). And I tried switching themes
   to see if that had anything to do with it. So I’m going to try another slideshow
   to see if I can get one that works better. But if you can help me out so I don’t
   have to do that it would be much appreciated.
