[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] it's showing the same picture 3 times in my gallery

Hi,
I uploaded 7 different pictures into my gallery and pasted the shortcode into the post ([gallery id=1]) but it’s showing me this: http://opal-escence.com/gallery/ . I probably missing something simple…..
Can anybody help me?
