# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Invalid Upload. Error Code :6

 * I just installed the NextGen gallery plug-in, but I can’t upload any images to
   a new gallery. It just keeps saying “Invalid Upload. Error Code :6”. Any ideas?

 * It gives the same error regardless if flash upload is used or not.

 * I have the same issue. Running WP2.7 and NGG 1.1.0
 * When I disable the flash upload and try an upload everything acts as if it works,
   but still no image is uploaded to the gallery. I found other posts with image
   upload issues and tried;
 * 1. adding a “tmp” folder to the root of my website – didn’t help
    2. added an“
   uploads” folder to wp-content since in a working version on another server there
   was an “uploads” folder – no help 3. created ultra small pics to try – no help
   4. manually uploaded(FTP) to folders, scanned folder – worked 5. ran an image
   resize on the images – failed with error saying image not editable
 * Anyone have any ideas?
