This might already have been covered, although I couldn’t find a single relevant url dealing with the problem (Due to the fact that everybody has a facebook link on his blogpage :). I’m using nextgen gallery with image rotator on our site: ZOA Latvanyterv . Now when i try to share a post on facebook it just can’t pick up an image to create a thumbnail – I assume because it’s all embedded in a nice flash envelope. I thought of two ways to fix that.
1. In a singlepost view I would leave out the imagerotator and put all the images below each other as a 660px wide singlepics that would link to the original 1200px image.
2. Try another plugin that sits on top of nextgen gallery plugin (simpleviewer or smooth gallery) – maybe facebook will recognize that one.
I have no idea wether any of the two ways could work or not?
Does anyone know of a workaround for this one?
Thanks in advance,
