[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How do I make buttons that when clicked show a specific image from the rot

How do I do this kind of image gallery with next gen..

It appears to be a normal gallery on this homepage.. except it has buttons that when clicked show a specific image from the rotation.. how do i do this?
