Support » Fixing WordPress » [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] gallery widget – Incorrect resizing results in lousy image quality

  • I put a gallery widget in my left column at http://www.casabalboapanama.com. First I used the default settting of 150 x 50 pixels.

Then I changed it to match the colomn wide.

While the original images are good quality, somehow plugin simply blows up the 150×50 pix. images, resulting in poor quality.

    Any fix for this?

  • I’m having a similar problem. I want my images (not thumbs) to show up at 400×300 and have set the NG options to reflect that, but they’re still being resized to 800×600. It ain’t pretty!

I’m actually talking about the thumbnails. I changed the size and the instruction says I have to resize the thumbnails via the >manage gallery menu. but I see no such option to resize there.
