• Under Safari 5.1.7 on a Mac (OS 10.6.8), uploading image files results in an apparently gratuitous error message of the form “Error: {file name}:0” for each file uploaded.

This is similar to the error message I received before I expanded the max memory size for PHP on the host, but in that case, the error really meant that an error had occurred. Once I corrected that, the identical error message appears for each file uploaded (one at a time, or in groups), but everything apparently works just fine. The images are present in the gallery, the thumbnails look good, and the images appear on the website under different browsers.

I tried loading an even larger image using Firefox 14.0.1 on a PC (Windows XP), and the error message did not appear.
