# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Effects doesn’t work

 * Please look at this site:

 * At this site is [nggallery id=4] and it shows image thumbnails. In NG options
   page is set to show images in lightbox.
 * But when you click on photo it opens only .jpg file, not inside of lightbox. 
   Could anyone explain me why?

 * Please read the text above the option : “Please note that only the Shutter and
   Thickbox effect will automatic added to your theme.” All other effects require
   a addon plugin

 * in mine over the option is text:
 * > Please note that only the Thickbox effect will automatic added to your theme.
 * Nothing about a shutter 🙂
 * But ok, problem still exists:
    when i set to shutter – it works when i set to
   thickbox – it still doesn;t work. now it is set to thickbox, please see again
   🙁

 * this was good suggestion. with defoult theme, thickbox works ok.
 * do you know why in this theme it doesn’t?
