    Hi everyone,

I’ve scoured the forum here for help with this, but I cannot quite get a hold of how to first make an album with seperate galleries on it all on the same page.
And then also how to have a displayed thumbnail for the gallery in the album.
This is what I’m trying to setup
    http://nextgen.boelinger.com/album/

    Website
    brettferster.com

thanks so much for the help

  • First, click on the album tab, in the “Add new album” field, input your album name then click update. After, choose the album from the drop-down list, and drag the galleries from the “Select Gallery” into the Album. Create a new page, give it a title (Photo Gallery, etc.) and in the body, insert [album=X,extend] (X is the album number you created).

Second, to get a default thumbnail for each gallery, go to “manage gallery”, click edit on a chosen gallery, once the gallery is loaded, click “Edit gallery” (upper right, above “Save changes”) and a hidden menu will appear where you may include text, a default thumbnail, etc.

    Hope this helps

Gene, you are a saviour. That button was so easily missed!
I appreciate that, thanks so much.
