# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Cannot create thumbnails

 * Hi when I am in the Manage Gallery screen and I am trying to create a thumbnail.
   I get the following error.
 * ID 3: A failure occurred
    [object XMLHttpRequest]
 * I am only testing the plugin to learn it and am following this tutorial.

 * I found a slight fix to this issue on the second page of this thread
