[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] can singlepic also be linked to album?

    Hi,
    Just wondering as I have just redone the structure of my photos pages.

    Before it was:
    Photos
    – album 1
    – – gallery pages

    – album 2
    – – gallery pages

    – album 3
    – – gallery pages

    Current structure:
    Photos
    – sub page 1
    – – album 1
    – – – gallery pages

    – sub page 2
    – – album-page 2
    – – – gallery pages

    – sub page 3
    – – album-page 3
    – – – gallery pages

    On the sub pages I would like to show 1 photo that you can find somewhere in that album. It doesn’t have to be random, I’m fine with a pic I choose.
    When I use [singlepic=ID,width,height] it links to my lightbox and I would like it to go to the album-page.
    I have tried putting an a href around the singlepic, but that didn’t work.
    Any ideas?

    I’d like to be able to do this as well. I keep my albums/galleries on a separate page and want to be able to link to new pictures by putting single images within posts. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

    Hi,
    this might be not a very practical way but you could try to add a picture using the standard feature (add files) in wp editor , the nggpictures are listed there too, then you’d have to edit the thumbs or the images link to your album and may have to edit out any part that starts the overlay effect using the html view of the editor.
