[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Blank screen: Just installed and activated

    I just installed NextGEN Gallery version 1.2.1. After activation my browser screen became blank. Reload/reinstall/downgrade (1.1.0) did not help.

    My WordPress version is 2.7.1 (upgrade from 2.7). Information from phpinfo returns the following information: [ http://www.nlsite.net/phpinfo.php.html ].

    Apache Version: Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)
    PHP Version: 5.2.6
    Safe Mode: On
    MySQL Client API version: 5.0.58
    My Web Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032711 Ubuntu/8.10 (intrepid) Firefox/3.0.8

    I hope someone figures out what is wrong… Please help. I would like to use this superb gallery.
