[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] 'A failure occurred'…

    Hello

    Everytime I try to upload a photo I get the error

    ‘ID 166: A failure occurred
    [more]’

    ID 166 is just the number of the photo, this changes with each photo added. The [more] button doesn’t click.

    Although I get this error, it seems my photo(s) have been upload. When I look in the gallery, I see them there in the list, but the thumbnail is broken.

    I view on my site and I see only a broken thumbnail icon where the thumbnail should be, but if I click on it, the image will appear correctly.

    From within the gallery I have tried the option ‘create new thmbnails’ but on completion I still get the same error for each photo.

    Has anyone any suggestion as to what maybe happening here and how I might fix it?

    This issue seem only to start after I completed the last requested plugin update.
