# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] 2-Problems – Not Working

 * I am facing following two problems:
 * 1. Slide show photos –
    Not working. Loading image is just loading forever in
   Firefox.
 * 2. Unable to show hierarchy of Album Thumbnail>> Gallery Thumbnail >> Photos.
