[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] "0" isn't working to show all images on same page

I have used NextGen on other sites and setting Options for max number of images to “0” has enabled me to put all images on the same page. I have a new site I’m developing now and this isn’t happening. I’m using the Genesis Enterprise theme. I can’t imagine the theme has anything to do with it. Using jquery Colorbox as well with this site.
