[Plugin: Newsletter Sign-Up] Signups not showing up in Aweber

First of all, thank you for the excellent plugin.

I’m having trouble getting everything working- the check box shows up on my blog posts without issue. I’ve followed your instructions for adding my Aweber account- here’s a screenshot of my settings. After I click submit, the Aweber List name field resets to blank. When I test it, even if the “subscribe to newsletter” box is ticked, the email is not getting added into Aweber. What am I doing wrong?
